Privacy Notice for the Customer Satisfaction Survey (Art. 13 GDPR)
Dear Customers,
With this privacy notice, we explain how we handle your personal data when you participate in our customer satisfaction survey.
1. Personal Data and Purpose of Processing
To conduct the survey, we process only your username. This is necessary so we can contact you after the survey to discuss the reasons for your feedback and take targeted measures to improve customer satisfaction.
Additionally, we collect your responses to the individual survey questions, which are
generally non-personal in nature.
2. Data Recipients
To carry out the survey, we use the survey tool from LamaPoll (Lamano GmbH & Co. KG), headquartered in Berlin. As a data processor, LamaPoll processes your personal data (username) solely on our behalf and according to documented instructions.
3. Legal Basis
By participating in the survey, you consent to the sharing of your username with LamaPoll (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Furthermore, the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in conducting customer satisfaction surveys to optimize our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention Period
After the survey has been conducted and evaluated, all data will be deleted from the LamaPoll survey tool. If the results of the customer satisfaction survey are stored in our sales system after evaluation, this will be done without any reference to your identity.
5. Controller; Your Rights
The controller for the processing of your data in connection with the customer survey is Paychex Europe Germany GmbH (former: Paychex Deutschland GmbH).
