Scrum Master (m/f/d)

This also includes Paychex Europe Denmark (formerly Lessor Group), a leading provider of payroll and HR software in Northern Europe, as well as Emply, our modern cloud solution for recruiting and talent management. With our own software solution, we are the first in Germany to offer a cloud-based payroll engine. Our goal is to help our clients make their payroll processing as efficient and user-friendly as possible.
To expand our development team, we are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d) at our Rostock location, starting immediately.
Facilitate and optimize agile events ensuring smooth workflows and collaboration
Foster strong collaboration between developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
Support your team in overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals
Promote a culture and mindset of ownership, accountability, and innovation within the teams
Create an environment where team members feel motivated, take ownership of their tasks and truly enjoy their work
You identify conflicts within the teams and contribute creative input to problem-solving
You coordinate collaboration with other Scrum Masters and additional stakeholders
Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable position
Extensive knowledge in the field of software development
Experience with common project management tools, ideally Jira
A proactive working style and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility
Very good German and English skills
